Additional bed: € 50 per week - € 10 per day

Services included in the price: weekly change of linen for bathroom/bedroom/kitchen, final cleaning, wood for barbecue, fruit and vegetables from our orchard and vegetable garden next to the residence, use of swimming pool.

Services not included in the price: heating (€ 1,50 per c.m.), extra linen (€ 10,00 per person), extra cleaning for pets stay (€ 30,00).

Deposit: 50% to confirm booking. Security deposit: payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
> Cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit.
> Cancellation until 8 days prior to arrival: no refund, deposit exploitable for new booking.
> Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or No Show: loss of deposit.
NB: The non-refunded amount is exploitable for a new reservation within 12 months by transaction.

Payments: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash (only Euro)
