La Residenza Il Girasole grants that any treatment of the personal information send by email and contained in any registration form will be in keeping with the privacy regulations in force (d.lgs. 30 june 2003, n.196, in force from 1 jenuary 2004).
All personal information won’t be communicated to a third party and will be used only to give information about the website and its content and to send a newsletter about Società Agricola Valle Chiani S.p.A.
The user’s rights are explicitly declared in the art.7 of the “Privacy code” and they can be exercised by telefax, email and certified mail request (art.9) to the owner or to the person responsible, La Residenza Il Girasole.
